All our orders sent within NZ are sent by New Zealand Couriers.
All tracked parcels require a signature upon delivery. To guarantee a smooth delivery of your order, we highly recommend that your parcel be sent to an address where someone will be able to receive it during business hours.
If no one is at the specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card which will advise on redelivery/collection instructions.
We accept Visa & MasterCard. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Your credit card will be charged via PayPal. shopJESS does not have access to your full card number, nor is any credit card information stored.
Currently we print in black, white, silver, gold, pink, pastel pink, lilac, pastel blue, pastel green, orange text colours.

Your purchase is for the cushion cover only, to keep shipping costs down we don't send them out with insert. These can be purchased from the following leading retailers; Briscoes, The Warehouse, Spotlight, Kmart. For optimal results we recommend using an insert size 50cm x 50cm.
Cushion cover dimensions are 45cm x 45cm. They are made from a luxury thick 100% cotton fabric.
Wash inside out on a cold wash. Do not: dry clean, iron directly on the print, tumble dry or use bleach.
You may use a warm iron on the back of the cushion cover to remove any creases that may have formed while product was being shipped.
If we have made a mistake and your products have been incorrectly personalised, we are happy to replace/refund the item. We are unable to offer a refund/replacement when there is an error in the order information you have supplied. Please ensure that spelling is carefully checked before placing your order. We understand that mistakes do happen and if you find yourself in this predicament, we can offer to replace your order at a 50% discount on the product + shipping. Just send us an email and we will get it rectified ASAP for you.
We quality check all our orders prior to dispatch. If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and repair or replace the product for you. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalised.
